What do atheists say when someone sneezes?

So I'm not sure about other parts of the world, but here in the US, the tradition is to say "God bless you" (sometimes shortened to just "bless you") when someone else sneezes near you. It's generally considered rude not to say anything. So I usually stick to "bless you" just to be polite and leave the religious connotation out of it, but even that seems weird to me.
What do the rest of you say?

I say nothing. Why would I? I don't say anything to someone when they cough, except maybe "Are you OK" if it's a really bad coughing fit. Or if someone farts, I might say "Nice rip, tater chip!"

I don't say anything when people sneeze. I have been called out on it by a few people who thought I was rude for not saying "bless you". They don't seem interested in pursuing the topic once they're told about the superstition behind the custom.
