Ask them to define which God. Then ask them to provide evidence for it. If they cite bible versus, remind them the bible is a claim.
Ask her to prove her claims. That should shut her up.

If you're looking for some sort of satisfaction, don't. That's just the hook that will keep the dynamic going. If you don't want to continue the discussion, tell them so, and/or ask them to stop posting. As long as you want something out of the exchange, you're going to remain stuck.

it isn't in our nature to think of a God, it is in our nature to seek answers and the concept of God is most influenced in this world. 
You designed and upkeep the website? I’d block her IP then. I’m all for healthy dialogue and debate. This person sounds like an obnoxious evangelist, who is more than likely ‘motivated’ by believing she will end up in heaven the more new ‘recruits’ she steers towards God. There’s a big difference between someone who is polite and wants to share their faith, and another person who just randomly spews religious stuff all over the internet. You’re not the only site she’s doing this with, no doubt.
Nothing you ‘say’ will make her stop. She wants that, actually. She wants you to engage with her. I wouldn’t and I’d block her IP.
