What's the best way to shut up a theist?

God is fake and I don't want to listen to your bullshit.

My mom really likes this saying... "Get on your knees and pray for mercy 'cuz you won't get any from me..."
I prefer implying that they are gay for God or Jesus or Mary or something...
She trolled you and you took the bait. If I were you i'd have reported and blocked her straight away.
If you want to talk with her go spam her area. Quote some random wind up like she initially did to you. See what she does about it. My guess is she'll block yo ass so fast... then you can do likewise. (April 1, 2014 at 9:46 pm)Zid Wrote: http://zidneya.deviantart.com Use deviantART's block feature. That's what it's there for. Just click on the little pencil icon and select Block User. If her comments aren't cleared automatically, click on the pencil icon again for each comment and select Hide Comment. Where are the snake and mushroom smilies?
Or just don't respond. Trolling works because the trolled person is too dumb not to respond.
Hi Zid...
Tell her that you have differing beliefs than hers and show her respect. If she is unable to learn from your example then disengage from conversation with her. Don't waste your time offering life to those who prefer death. Have pace.
The one thing theists seem to have the most trouble with is the whole problem of Infinite Regress. That argument seems to make them the most confused and/or butthurt.
If the hypothetical idea of an afterlife means more to you than the objectively true reality we all share, then you deserve no respect.
Who made God you mean? Maybe I'm being too simplistic thinking that timelessness solves the problem. Better than that, cosmology is out of the reach of religious thought. Origins is a question for science, and a fascinating one.
