No thanks, crappy myths written in antiquity that merely reflect the selfish tribalism of the people that wrote it hardly impress me. Not to mention I value my autonomy and do not need a third party demanding I kiss his ass and make decisions for me as to how I conduct myself with others.
Not to mention the entire plot of the bible makes no sense with all it's do overs. The garden story was supposed to be "perfect", but the god character destroys that and blames his toys for what he didn't have to set up. They produce sinners as a result. Then this god character once again attempts to kill off sin with a flood, that family goes on to create more sinners. Then Jesus commits a fake suicide to once again end sin. Then at the end of this book when none of that works your bratty childish tyrant of a god sticks knives in everyone's hands and says "the last group standing who kisses my ass gets to hang out with me, but screw the rest of the billions who dont. I will smash this x-box(world) and burn anyone who doesn't kiss my ass.
The bible is a gang manual and not even a well written one. I've seen better plot and character development in Scarface and Star Wars.

I enjoy interacting with intelligent and self-reflective theists about their point of view. But that sort of individual would never press on about the details their belief once they understand I don't share them. What they would do is look for common ground. You haven't shown any vulnerability or self-reflection in what you've shared, just off-the-shelf biblical inanities. So I do regard you as a simpleton and I am not the least bit interested in your opinions. If this is the best you can do, I can offer you none of the respect I've shown to any of the more developed theists who have come through here.
