People deserve respect. Their beliefs, not so much.
Your beliefs will deserve respect when you are able to support them with evidence, logic and reasoned argument.
Evidence: The bible
Logic: The bible says so
Reasoned argument: "Bible quote. Bible quote. Bible quote. Blind assertion. Opinion. Bible quote"

I don't even know what that would look like; how does one present a bias toward not automatically accepting god claims without evidence that isn't also just an acceptance of rational thought, devoid of special pleading?
I know it might make you feel better to pretend that everything that disagrees with you is just biased, or hates your god, or whatever, rather than that they have a legitimate point to makes, but that's just nonsense. What would be the motivation? Anyone who secretly knows god exists but hates him isn't doing himself a favor by trying to dissuade anyone else from believing in him, and also logically knows that because he does believe god exists. As for science and scientists, they follow where the evidence leads; if there was actually a trail of evidence leading to the god conclusion that is as convincing as you seem to think it is, any scientist worth their salt would be mad not to follow it and present that to the world. That's Nobel Prize winning stuff, the kind of thing that'd get you showered in grant money and fame... and that's not even taking into account the vast, multi-million dollar "christian science" apparatus out there; why haven't they published anything worth a damn?
I know it feels better to cast yourself as the persecuted hero class in some huge conspiracy, but that is literally the most nonsensical way you could spin this; you're asking me to believe in a unified "bias" against your god across every strata of the scientific community- many of whom are religious, not to mention that this is a worldwide thing- that operates exclusively against the interests of everyone involved, and has literally no benefit to anyone, except that it makes christians like you feel better about having no credible support. It's ridiculous.
More importantly, if you can find me a single science source that has a "statement of faith" anywhere in it, that says that any evidence that contradicts a certain worldview will be outright ignored, and states that with pride, guess what you will have found?
A source of information I no longer trust.

To me this is beyond remarkable.
But the Jews, whose holy text the OT is, say Jesus didn't fulfill those prophecies. Of course not, how could the old school allow an upstart company compete with them? That would be like Christians admitting that the Jesus in the Koran is the same guy. Lets not dwell in the fact that "El" and "Elohim" and "Yahweh" are names pulled out of polytheism.
Jews start Coke, and Christians start Pepsi and Muslims start RC Cola and all these morons forget that water was around long before.

If Jesus really did rise from the grave that is against all the laws of man and god. That would make him an abomination. The only xtian thing to do would be to stake him through the heart with silver. That'll keep his ass in the crypt where he belongs.

Rev777 your religion is fake and doesn't sound anymore convincing than Islam.
I became an atheist while converting to Christianity as I have realized it's all nothing but 2000 year old stories of BULLsHIT.
Take your faith and shove it up your ass.

1) Why didn't you think you were saved as a Roman Catholic?
2) Where did you learn about being 'born again' and how did you go about it?
3)What Roman Catholic teachings do you still believe in besides the Trinity and Jesus dying for everyone's sins and being resurrected?
Where are the snake and mushroom smilies?

Makes me wonder if "being saved" is incompatible with being a Roman Catholic. Could one be "saved" and not attend church at all? Is tithing optional? What precisely are the contractual obligations for staying "saved"?

Visit participating franchise dealers. Contractual obligations vary according to locally owned franchises. Any similarities between what God wants and what the local franchise owner wants is purely coincidental. Really.
