The comment was meant to be thought and emotion provoking, and it does seem to have done that.
I am against the death penalty because we don't seem to be able to administer it without bias or with much accuracy.
I am not against it on moral grounds. That is, I think there are crimes so monstrous that we are justified in believing a penalty of death is warranted.
Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

No, you are not "a horrible moral less person" - you're inconsistent and using emotional thinking.
Ironically, people who use emotional thinking to back the death penalty forget that life imprisonment is a nonstop punishment.
Death is a quick way out. I'm not keen on giving the guilty an end to their mortal coil nor stripping the innocent of theirs due to corruption, incompetance or bad luck.
I don't back the death penalty. I use factual logical thinking to decide my political opinions. I am against the death penalty. I use emotional thinking to express my emotions. Would I feel sad if these people were beaten to death, no. Do I have any sympathy for them, no. I would object to them being sentenced to death because I don't think 12 strangers or a judge should get to decide weather or not someone has the right to live not because I don't think they deserve to die.
I don't make political decisions or vote based on my emotions, but I'm still allowed to feel those emotions

No, this is not an example that some people should not be parents.
It's yet another example of State child protection agencies not doing their job and removing abused and at-risk children from their parents. The murder was 100% preventable.

Unfortunately children's aid isn't omnipresent, and some of the laws proposed to make them more powerful really are a issue when it comes to my rights as a individual. that said, I really wish there was a hell for this useless lump of shit that decided to fuck.
