Legal standing is a bitch when you don't have it.
The judge decided that NOM had none. Not surprising for an out of state group with zero support from even a shell in-state organization.

They are going to appeal.

NOM's argument is that the Attorney General of Oregon has a duty to defend the constitutional ban even if every citizen of the state of Oregon were against the ban and they have their panties in a twist because she won't do it.
