I really shouldn't need to get a flight across the planet and get a tour of a place just to be able to see if they have a working computers or a 24/7 electrical supply. It's certainly not practical or cheap to do. Just about anywhere else on the planet I can find out what a place is like with a Google search and some time on youtube. Every piece of media I've ever seen coming out of NK shows it to be an awful place.

I certainly don't trust your word on this.
