At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

I don't know, Stimbo. I just wasn't sure which words I was hearing in places. I'm sure the same would be true for some Murican accents.

Subtitles would ruin the fun dude! Part of what makes this funny is when someone has that much of an accent you don't know what they're saying.
