I wish I was possessed by Robin's demon, then. He was a cool guy.

Although, I doubt whether Williams would have sued. More likely, he would have added the accusation to his next stage show and had a helluva good time with it.

Good point. Substitute "sued" with "ridiculed".
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

people who think he killed himself simply because of depression are wrong
he mainly killed himself because of parkinsons
people with depression have very specific reasons why they actually kill themselves
yes he struggled with depression generally but depression isn't the actual reason for this specific act
he became most depressed about the parkinsons because it only got worse and had no apparent solution

So was it the Parkinson's or the depression about the Parkinson's?

I read somewhere that he might have been adversely affected by the Parkinson's medication which one possible side effect was that it causes suicidal ideation. Which is sadly a side effect of quite a few medications.
But it's possible that he might have been depressed as a result of the Parkinson's itself. I have also seen that Parkinson's patients are more likely to be unable to handle depression.
I don't think anyone will know exactly why.

I have an inalienable, constitutional and natural right to love whom I may, to love as long or as short a period as I can; to change that love every day if I please, and with that right neither you nor any law you can frame have any right to interfere. And I have the further right to demand a free and unrestricted exercise of that right, and it is your duty not only to accord it, but as a community, to see I am protected in it. I trust that I am fully understood, for I mean just that, and nothing else."

I can attest to such side effects. Were it not for Shell I would not be here now.

Likewise.
