Your interpretation of the bible as a doomsday predictor, that couldn't just be whack?
You are immune from any feedback your experience in the world offers you.
I am disappointed in you prof. You are humble-proof. You require no all knowing God, you've got that one covered all by yourself. I just hope for your sake that humility is not an entrance requirement for the place you'd like to go.

I do want to thank the prof for a most entertaining thread - no snark implied or intended.
I hope prof, you stick around. May I humbly suggest you research the history of failed end times-ish prophecy?

I got invited to a lunch and learn, last Friday, the boys said,"Happy anniversary" and brought out a cake.
I have been telling them for years about O.
They're like my kids- lots of fun.

Whateverist, true humility is being totally honest with oneself about oneself.
Pride is usually a cover up for insecurity and is the greatest self delusion one can attain to.
We have a perfect example in you-know-who.
It was prophesied about Jesus, "See, your king is coming, in humility, riding on the back of the foal of a donkey".
It was stated about Satan, his beauty and jeweled covering made him prideful- the king of pride.
The most self deluded being in the universe.
Now, look again at who this being will fully possess.
Like object do attract.
Note that O did a mimic of Jesus' Triumphant Entry to Jerusalem on the exact anniversary day of when Jesus rode into that city- O even had to borrow a beast (his limo- the Beast) just as Jesus did long ago, to the cheers of children- who long ago waved palm branches, while those welcoming O waved flags.
Things like that are Signs or Clues.

If I was a betting man, I'd guess the JWs made many of the failed prophecies of the last 150 years.
This is my favorite prophecy from that site:

The world IS coming to end. Just not any time soon.
