Antichrist is a word used to describe someone against, therefore anyone who doesn't follow christ is an antichrist. For example before I became a Christian I was an antichrist.

At least the vast majority say "THE" Antichrist, as in the one that will bring on the Rapture and do battle with Jesus. Caramel here is saying that we're all antichrists. But then, Carmy can redefine any terms he likes.
