Fair enough. Though if that's the case would you agree that elders or leaders of christian churches should NOT be rich, according to their Bible?

If I was an elder or a leader I would be giving away money to charitys and such, to set a
good example. You can't expect the congregation to give if you the minister doesn't give. I don't really know how much a minister gets paid, but I don't think it would be right if they are being given a lot.

They get paid, on average, a sum that would seem princely to John Q Citizen - especially given the requirement of the job, the necessary credentials. If we were all so lucky as to have marks calling us a minister - there would be far less want in the world. Your boy may -not- be getting paid as much as the average. That's what we call failing to properly exploit the market limitations. Maybe he needs to move on to greener pastures, where people will appreciate him, and the product he offers adequately?

If I was a minister I would give money as donations. Not all the money goes to the church, for example at my church we donate money to different charitys. Right now we are collecting money for the Iraq and Sudan crisis

-and if you didn't keep up appearances no-one would continue giving money to the church. Look, I'm not criticizing the good that your church may do (though..I probably could) - I'm simply expressing that this in no way implies or establishes that those actions are not in their own best interests or free from self interest -first and foremost-. No church, no charitable actions by the church.
The pedestal -you've- placed the church upon is the problem, not the membership fees or how much they pay their salesmen C4. Somebody has to pay the bills, and if the boys in the office are talented at distributing the product they need to be paid (if, for no other reason, so they won't go elsewhere and move product for the competition).

I know at my church their aren't membership fees. What do you mean you could criticise the good my church does, a mean there is nothing wrong by helping the less fortunate.

You're right, there's nothing wrong at all. I'm fact it's a laudable aim and it shouldn't matter if you're religious or not. Poverty doesn't discriminate.
However, sometimes a religious charity or FBO will insist on some sort of indoctrination process in line with the charity activities. That's one reason I never give to religious charities; only secular ones get my cash.
