One of the things that angers me about the national debate over abortion is mirrored here and that is flat out false assertions by Christians. These include saying the Bible prohibits abortion or that the Bible says a person because a person at conception. The second type of lie has at what point fetus's begin to feel pain. Now, you have said you think abortion should not be allowed for non Religious reasons which boil down to: 1) a fetus is a person; 2) we shouldn't kill people. But you can't come up with a definition of person that includes fetuses but does not include the brain dead but biologically living human. If you can come up with a rational reason to treat fetuses as persons, I'd be glad to listen.
