Billboards Say the Darndest Things.
Poe's Law: "Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is impossible to create a parody of Fundamentalism that SOMEONE won't mistake for the real thing."

10 Christ-like figures that predate Jesus. Link shortened to Chris ate Jesus for some reason...

Good video to watch, if you want to know how common the Jesus story really is.

Speaking of billboards...the creatards are at it again.

Quote:Creationists launch billboard campaign to fight ‘myths’ about Kentucky Noah’s Ark park

Quote:Ham says resistance to the museum is coming from liberal elites who don’t understand Kentucky. The billboards, he said, are aimed at dispelling “myths” that liberals have been spreading about the proposed park.

Well, I don't give a shit about Kentucky but these fucking cocksuckers need to obey the law.

Just for fun a little analysis of the seaworthiness of Noah's Ark. Not to mention the amount of wood necessary to build it. http://skeptoid.com/episodes/4279

RE: Skip church for Christmas
I skipped church on christmas for the past 16 years, and last year I went for the first time in the millenium in order to
accompany+ help grandma. God made sure that the following year was the shittiest of my life. Thanks, God.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

I've never stepped foot in church on Christmas, and not sure why the hell anyone would. What a waste of an awesome day you could and should be spending with family.

I was already an atheist when I last set foot in a church. Been there for the golden wedding anniversary of my parents, been there for both their funerals. In all three cases it was because of my parents.

The better idea is to prove the Ark could sail and if that huge ship were to break apart due to the fact it is so massive then myth busted.
Atheism is a non-prophet organization join today.

As an Australian I continue to apologise to my American friends for Ken Ham.

But, of all the Western nations, only in the US can Ham and his ilk make money on pushing creationism.

I didn't even know that Ham was Australian. But don't worry, we Austrians have an even nastier export in our history.
