Personally, I thought these two women were dynamite!
To those viewers who were offended by the performances, I have a suggestion: No one forced you to watch the Super Bowl. Your TV remote has two controls. One changes the station and the other turns the set off. If you don't like the program, exercise the same choice everyone else has. Watch something else or go read a book.
As for myself, I stocked up on Pepsi.

The way we glorify violence, and panic about sex is so backwards. You'll take your kids to a game where people are ramming into each other, and sometimes grievously hurting each other, but if the halftime show has some sexy ladies dancing, that's just too traumatic for you.

Not to mention that J-Lo is a 50 year old woman and could probably be a mother to lots of people who complained she is too sexy.
She is at age when she can easily be a grandmother and can you imagine people calling "Hey, there's this sexy grandma seducing my husband on TV."

Yeah, Pepsi will be shaking in their boots over this. With all the brands under the Pepsi banner, I think they can weather this.
Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Frito-Lay, Quaker Oats, Doritos, Aquafina, Sobe, Starbucks, Lipton tea, Tropicana...to name a few. Not to mention the restaurants they pair with - Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Arby's, Papa John's.
1,300 complaints won't even be noticed. They are surely already coming up with ads for next year's Super Bowl as well as planning the halftime show since they have that contract for the next couple years at least.
