Any atheist forum at which I've participated is known for being inclusive of all views. You won't get banned so long as you don't spam, threaten, or break other guidelines. You can push an awful lot of woo and still be within the rules of the forum.
Every Christian forum I've joined or read their ToS has stricter rules for what you can and cannot post. Many of them will warn and ban you for simply showing sufficient dissent to their view point. In many of these forums, you cannot be openly atheist. In one forum, it wasn't uncommon for people who were nominally Christian to be flagged as "nonbelievers" (yes, they had a special member group for that) because they weren't the right type of Christian.
The difference is likely inclusivity vs exclusivity.
So...christian forums tend to be a big circle jerk where nobody wants a challenge?
They come here to get their jimmies rustled also their faith test really hard. When they leave they probably lie and say they converted everyone.

There are always a few long-time Christian members on every atheist forum. I've noticed two types:
(1) Jello intellectual: they say deep-sounding things, but determining what they are advocating is like trying to nail jello to the wall.
(2) Spunky scrapper: they thrive on being ridiculed by atheists and don't seem to have any other objective.
I have heard that people define themselves by what makes them different. So a Christian might feel more like a Christian by being on an atheist forum?
Any ideas? (Of course no insult is intended to Christian members. Everybody is different, and I'm sure the stereotypes I listed aren't perfect.)
I suspect it may be the same things that motivate atheists to hang out at Christian forums! Also...you may have suggested another topic thread: Is there a perfect stereotype?

If anything really i just really like seeing people talk about their own interpretations really otherwise i keep my worldview to myself on those types of forums.

I mean wouldn't they you know fit in better with other like minded individuals because you know its kind of a stale on sided argument when people come here with "evidence" or personal "experiences" because you really cannot take that as evidence because the human mind under stress can do some things.

But evidence doesn't mean truth, the evidence is what makes you feel is true, but to someone else, your evidence may not be evidence at all, it all depends on your own perception. How can someone who never knew of the experience of god understand that, there is no way, so your so called evidence is useless in such situation.

If anyone had physical proof and evidence there is a god and it can be tested then well it would be common knowledge. But since no one has any empirical evidence just good vibes also if religion made since it wouldn't exist it would just be the norm. More or less if a god existed and interacted with us on a daily and normal basis we would know otherwise people say god exists because a book states it as fact or a person or church leader and or parents say so. But even i had to question it as a kid and i was like no one has evidence they say the bible but... it doesn't make a since when it was clearly written by man not god.

There's a lot written by man that doesn't make since, history is full of crap, and so is religion, but within that crap is truth, not your truth, but someone else's truth, everything doesn't have to be proven scientifically, science is forever trying to find truth, and maybe sometimes they don't see it in front of themselves ?.
