Why would anyone think that someone from a theocratic country would be a viable member on a Human Rights council? The Abrahamic god doesn't give a shit about Human rights. The only rights his followers have is worshiping him, and killing anyone who doesn't convert. And sometimes killing other followers that break some arbitrary law in the holy book.
