At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

Incidentally, many years ago I had a friend - the one who got me and Sam together, actually - and she had this 'theory' that a man's height in inches divided by his shoe size equals the size of his, um, vital statistic. Which worked out great for me, since I worked out at eleven inches. Sadly she didn't want to verify the results.
