Jainism, because the Jains over-the-top philosophy of not harming any living thing would drive the muslims to climb upon their own crosses and crucify themselves, or even better to saw off their own heads.

I think the worst punishment for Isis would be to develop empathy for their fellow humans and have to suffer all the emotional anguish and fear that they have caused others. If there is a religion that can implant that kind of empathy chip in their brains then that is the religion the members of Isis should be forced to follow
