I suppose I should really have asked this on a Christian forum, thought I honestly doubt I'd get an worth while response. That is, a response with the likes of "you just need faith" or "Only when you believe will you know the truth!". I've found most honest and well informed atheists are happy to provide accurate and honest answers to questions no matter what it might be. Thanks guys.

You need "faith".

Faith - strong belief in God or in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual apprehension rather than proof.

abrahamic religions - faith this shit or you will go to hell.

In re-reading the dark print heading for this post and Charlies' words, my thought-
Evolution is a mirage that has been concocted into existence via the greatest case of wishful thinking imaginable,
each link carefully balanced on the back of one fraud after another.
I have no doubt creation is the offspring of extreme genius. Yeah, Genesis one rocks.

Please do note that, despite the strenuous, declarative statements that the creationists have used in this thread, none of them saw fit to include an argument or evidence to back up those strong words. Their fear at having to engage with the topic of evolution in any substantial sense shines through.

Only theists would confuse an assertion as fact. Continually saying "nuh uh" doesn't make the assertion true.
