Ask an Englishman.

Quote:Ahhh, OK. So I guess you aren't following the Beckham/MLS/Miami saga?
I am not, though I hear it didn't go so well? Still, they're rich as all hell, so they're doing something right...
Quote:Is it true if an Englishman is not into buggery he is into flagellation ??
Speaking as someone who enthusiastically dabbles in the first (with the opposite sex though, my heterosexuality has not yet been tested to breaking point, Chris Hemsworth's best attempts aside), I have to admit I've never tried the second. Sex and pain don't mix well from my experience. Tongue

Quote:To the Englishman, what's Pennyroyal Tea?
Oh, and no music questions. If I'm on your pub quiz team, I can guarentee I'll get you at least to bronze, but if music questions come up, all bets are off Tongue
Quote:How do you feel about Brittany (the region in France)?
I feel this blatant theft of our sacred namesake must be dealt with swiftly and decisively, preferably by nuclear strike. I will update you on the progress of my lobbying for this cause as soon as they stop dragging me bodily away from the Ministry of Defence HQ...

What sort of music do you listen to that your not accepting music queries?

Every American I've personally met has been polite to a fault. I really don't know where you're going wrong, but something's fucked up Tongue

My goodness, and here I was thinking the British were calm and rational people  Tongue

So, how do you like being known around the world for being logical, calm, and even cold?

Must admit, my tastes and experiences are dramatically lacking when it comes to music. My basic attitude is; If it's pleasing to my ears, I'll listen to it and enjoy it.
I'll enjoy anything from Enimen to Queens of the Stone Age to Shirley Bassey to Two Steps From Hell in equal measure. Weird? Quite possibly, but hey ho. Smile

Depends. What's the level of incest within your family? They have certain standards to keep to for applicants, after all. Tongue

I would say that those who think that should try growing up here, and see how logical and calm brits are, especially when they forms mobs Wink

RE: Ask an Englishman.
Well, I have always considered living in England (or somewhere in Europe) when I get out of the military. What are some pro's and con's to everyday life there?
