Evolution has museums full of evidence.  You've got oogatz except the stupid fucking bible which is the very definition of oogatz ( nothing).

Again, I am not denying evolution. I am showing that your questions premise was stupid

That's not for you or I to say; only Min can answer that. That said, Min and I have known each other for more years than either of us would care to admit, over several different fora. Based on that, my gut tells me the question was meant in as much earnestness as he treats the rest of the subject. From our perspective, you already have bought a load of crap, the vintage of which lending an illusion of mystique that it hasn't earned nor can sustain.

Well then you haven't been reading my threads on why I have come to this forums. So I am not going to waste my time dignifying browbeating.

I appreciate that you already have a lot of questions to get to, nicanica, but I would like to ask four questions that are closely related.

Question 1:

Revelation 1:8 says:
"I am the Alpha and the Omega," says Jehovah God, "the one who is, and who was, and who is coming, the Almighty."

The one title, ‘The Alpha and the Omega’, refers to Jehovah God, correct?

Question 2:

Revelation 21:6-7 says:
"And he said to me, ‘They have come to pass! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To anyone thirsting I will give from the fountain of the water of life free. Anyone conquering will inherit these things, and I shall be his God and he will be my son."

The two titles, 'The Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end’, refer to Jehovah God, correct?

Question 3:

Revelation 22:12-13 says:
“Look! I am coming quickly, and the reward I give is with me, to render to each one as his work is. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end."

The three titles, ‘the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the beginning and the end’ refer to Jehovah God, correct?

Question 4:

Revelation 1:17-18 says:
"And he laid his right hand upon me and said: ‘Do not be fearful. I am the First and the Last, and the living one; and I became dead, but, look! I am living forever and ever, and I have the keys of Death and of Hades.”

If “the First and the Last” referred to Jehovah God in the verses above and this passage says that ‘the First and the last’ became dead”, my final question is:

"When did Jehovah God die?"

Jehovah God = Alpha and Omega = Beginning and End = First and Last = the Living One who “became dead” = Jesus who was crucified and resurrected

Before I answer this question, do you view the bible as the complete word of god and in harmony together? What is the final earthly authority for god, the bible or the pope?

Why doesn't the lack of demonstrable, falsifiable evidence and valid and sound logic to support the existence of a gid make you question?

Wouldn't that be the better place to start than the failed predictions of wacko?

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.

Because maybe he made failed predictions but we don't honor him as a prophet or spokesperson for god. And at the very least, I do think he got a lot of basic teachings from the bible right. But I want to ask you, is there any earnestness to your questions? Like your other one that ended with, "how do you feel about being so gullible?" I came to this forum to learn and gain knowledge. Every question I have asked or point I have made is fully to learn more. Can you say the same thing when your questions are always joined with derision?

What you've demonstrated is that you do not understand the difference between a scientific theory which has withstood serious scrutiny since 1860 and the delusional rantings of some old fart with a bible.

Mathew 28:19,20

Just ask to be Put on the do not call list

Why should anyone have to answer the door even once to be put on the Do Not Call list?  I find it extremely rude when people, even those I know and love, ring my doorbell unsolicited.  Why not, instead, set up a booth at a street fair or park where people can approach you?  It would be a more pleasant experience for everyone involved, IMO.

Probably serves that same function of having a would be gang member murder someone. Disturbing the uninitiated is probably supposed to be a bonding experience.

They feel that they have a responsibility, as a group, to do so- they also feel that it strengthens their individual faith - and it helps bring in new blood so they don't collapse like a flan in a cupboard. Remember, they're awfully clannish....wouldn't want the pool to stagnate.
