No. Philosophy is for smart people. Little Rik needs to go back to elementary school and learn some basics.

Starting with some basic logic and critical thinking skills...and also science. I think he's lacking some science.
Verbatim from the mouth of Jesus (retranslated from a retranslation of a copy of a copy):

"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you too will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. How can you see your brother's head up his ass when your own vision is darkened by your head being even further up your ass? How can you say to your brother, 'Get your head out of your ass,' when all the time your head is up your own ass? You hypocrite! First take your head out of your own ass, and then you will see clearly who has his head up his ass and who doesn't." Matthew 7:1-5 (also Luke 6: 41-42)

Enrico,

Tutto fumo e niente arrosto... Basta con le canne, eh?

Enrico,

You haven't demonstrated anything of what you mentioned. If people don't believe you, there's a reason.

Every time you come up with a new thread there's always a buttload of people who ask you the same question: where are you coming from?

Now, I'm a patient guy and I really want to know where you pull your arguments out of (inb4 his arse, but bear with me). If you're talking about "spirits" and "souls" you've got to demonstrate that these things exist, bringing up examples in which their action is in NO way also possible for the brain to carry out.

Most of all, you've got to prove that consciousness is able to survive independently of a working brain (or any comparable kind of network) if you want us to believe such claims.

All smoke and no roast... Perhaps you should drop that joint, eh? Tongue
"Every luxury has a deep price. Every indulgence, a cosmic cost. Each fiber of pleasure you experience causes equivalent pain somewhere else. This is the first law of emodynamics [sic]. Joy can be neither created nor destroyed. The balance of happiness is constant.

Fact: Every time you eat a bite of cake, someone gets horsewhipped.

Facter: Every time two people kiss, an orphanage collapses.

Factest: Every time a baby is born, an innocent animal is severely mocked for its physical appearance. Don't be a pleasure hog. Your every smile is a dagger. Happiness is murder.

Vote "yes" on Proposition 1321. Think of some kids. Some kids."

It is obvious that adults are reluctant to admit that they are wrong.
To admit it it would show a failure and most people are too proud
to admit a failure.
Beside their false believes are so entrenched that they find impossible to estirpate
from their mind the dogma.
So what they do?
They reject the obvious and blame those who tell the truth with talking bullshit.
No wonder that my reputation here is next to zero while those who procrastinate the dogma
(false truth) have a very high reputation.
I destroyed the dogma that man is omnivore.
I show that nobody here knows the meaning of philosophy.
I show that there is no evidence that when the body die also the consciousness die.
I show that there can not be any real progress in the material-physical universe.
I show that with the limited human consciousness it is not possible to understand
what there may be outside so all option are possible.
Well, what else i can add other than reject your unfounded criticism.
An impartial and independent board would surely prove you wrong but who care.
After all i am having a lot of fun by enlightened your failure.  Smile

Nice argumentum ad enricum!

I can do it too:

I'm right, you're wrong. Because reasons. You can't prove me wrong. I'm right. And like, soooo much smarterer than you. I totes win yo.

Obviously I have much to learn from the master of this art, but it ain't half bad a try
