I've been on a Mediterranean food kick the last couple of years, teaching myself a little Greek, Lebanese, and Tunisian stuff.

If you have never eaten such meals, you wouldn't understand their names, which is what I meant and not to insult you.

I think the insult came when you wrote, "so I'll only stick to what Americans understand: McDonalds". Believe it or not, many of us actually do enjoy foods from foreign countries, food we've cooked ourselves, and food that isn't high in fat and calories.

We understand a bit more than that, thanks.
