How Do I Give Reps

I've met some kewl people around here and would like to let them know with a rep or two.
I did a search for How to give reps but it must be buried way back in the day. Maybe you could have a section that's a quick list of the most basic how to's.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.
I may defend your right to free speech, but i won't help you pass out flyers.

Click on their reputation number and then there is a big thumbs up on the right hand side of the screen that says 'rate user'
