Help Extradite Another Scumbag Hunter

Dr. Jan Seski of Pennsylvania is another of the depraved class of humans known as "trophy hunters" who is wanted in Zimbabwe for illegal hunting. I don't know if it will help any but there is an online petition which if it reaches the requisite amount of signatures will force the White House to at least review the extradition request. It is
here.
Thank you to everyone who signs it. I positively hate these subhuman, defective units.

If the laws of the land are broken then the guilty should be tried proportionate to the crime. However if that be not the case, then not extraditing has some merit. For examples Europeans don't extridite to the US if they will face the death penalty.

Zimbabwe penalties for poaching (which is what the scumbag is charged with) are stiffer than for most governments but it's mainly fines which rise in accordance to the level of endangerment of the species the scumbag poached. Seems quite reasonable to me. Now if I set the penalties for poaching, those would probably be seen as unreasonable by the average person.

Am I to infer as far as Zimbabwe is concerned, Seski's 'real' crime was not paying off the correct corrupt government stooge ??

I'm not an American citizen so I don't think I have a say in the matter but if what OP is saying is true, then I approve of this. It would be a good lesson for those scumbags.

Without strict habitat protection and even stricter population control, there is not much of a future for any of the larger fauna.
It might be a 'feel good' moment to harangue (deservedly) some big ticket hunters, but if it distracts from the big battle for assuring a future for these animals it would be even a larger tragedy.
What's the latest projections? Didn't that come up in a thread here? 6 or 9 billion people, IIRC. How much room would be left for mice, let alone big cats, giraffes, rhinos, etc.

It would be nice to preserve the lion population, although I don't know exactly why they are any worthier of preservation than the other millions of species that have gone extinct over time, that nobody cares about. I say extradite this guy if he broke the law, as long there is assurance that he will get a fair penalty for the offense. With all the publicity and outrage over this, I'm afraid that they would try to make an example of him and hang him by his thumbs in the public square or something. This thing has been been blown totally out of proportion.
