The very first sentence tells him to read the rules, which, if he had done so, he would have known not to post his video and he would also have been able to clarify what I said in my mod notice. Jesus effing H, this isn't a court of law, and the rules aren't rocket science.

To those complaining that 30/30 is not enforced consistently, the reason for this is usually because members PM the staff before they post content and ask permission. In a number of circumstances, we will grant permission and so their video / link will not be removed.
