If my fictional stories are anything to go off of, you'd likely be the victim of inhumane genetic experiments in a technologically superior city-state ran by a military dictatorship in war with a medieval desert empire that uses muskets (because why not) with a frozen crystallized wasteland in-between them. There'd be at least one monarch ran by sexy British people, a small mountain town, and a theocracy ran by a 12 year old girl.
But I assure you you'd get plenty of character development.

The world would be exactly as we find it. If I was mega and omni, I would do exactly the same as the one in the bible .. namely nothing. It would be precisely as if I didn't exist at all.

I would give everyone a planet where they would live by themselves but they would know that everyone is on his own planet by himself and they would never be able to communicate with each other. That way each person could rule himself exactly as he wants to. If he wanted to lie, cheat, steal, pillage he would have to do it to himself by himself. He would be the richest or the poorest person on his own world.
