I'm normally good to all people. Which has caused some problem, as I've been taken advantage of from time to time. I kind of wish I was better able to put my foot down.
If someone is hateful towards me, though, it's hard to be nice to them. this is why I don't get along with my dad. He's an asshole.

Well, a big reason Jesus wanted people to turn the other cheek (and give away all their possessions) is because he thought the world was going t end very soon. Not very good ideas for long term prosperity.

I strongly believe in being kind to everyone, even those who are not kind to me. How often I am able to actually practice this however, is a different matter. Sometimes I succeed, other times I fail miserably.
