My wife has taken to wearing bathing suits that would have been considered modest in the Victorian era. Three kids has ruined her body according to her, (it hasn't).

Make sure you let her know that!  I have twins and triplets, and afterward I lost the weight pretty fast.  A lot of people were like "Oh my god, you are so lucky you can lose the weight so quick!"  But for a long time I still felt like I hadn't lost any weight at all.  It took a lot of reassuring before I felt like myself again.

Back on the subject of Hell, though.  I stopped believing in god when it started interfering with my enjoyment of life. The fear of hell can be so restricting.  You follow the laws of god, and are worried every time you step out of line.  Once i let go of that fear, I was able to enjoy myself much more.

Apparently my opinion doesn't count because I love her so am blinded to the devastation the kids wrought.

Lol, just because it's inappropriate to wear just a bikini in certain places (including the mall, the movie theater, the grocery store, your inlaw's house party, etc), doesn't mean the Church teaches that wearing a bikini is a sin. I use one all the time at the beach, the pool, or anywhere else that involves swimming.

According to these hell-believing religions, who is the arbiter of who goes and who doesn't go to hell?

If it's not any person, then why do people have these fear inducing expressions?
Why are there different sets of rules of what constitutes hell-worthy earthly behaviors?
Could it be that they were man-made?

Disbelievers in Quran has context of those who aware of proofs of the path of submission to God, but oppose it and don't believe it despite clear proofs present in their minds. Their hearts oppose it.

The Quran never said a good doer will go to hell, neither did it state people of other faiths or no faith, can't be good doers, but said the opposite. 

In fact, it's clear whoever submits to the guidance of God that has come to them, is a believer, this includes, agnostics, atheists, jews, christians, etc. 

However, if a Christian becomes quite aware that trinity violates the sanctity of God's Unity, and remains upon it, then he is a disbeliever.

The Quran also distinguishes between those who have the power to believe in the path of submission towards God's Chosen ones and Leaders and Guides, and those who have no power and are totally unaware and have no way to denial and belief.

Hearing about Islam is not sufficient. Should everyone study any religion they hear about?

It's when the reasoning towards the straight path becomes quite apparent, but people don't look for it's designation and Guides, then we have a problem.

It really depends on people's knowledge and the degree of their awareness of God's Mastery and way of guidance.

In fact, the primary warning of disbelief, in Quran, is towards in it's own testifiers. To not differ from the rope of God after clear proofs have come to them.

Unfortunately that disbelief, is prevalent, where people deny the position of the successors of Mohammad, despite there existing clear proofs in the Quran and Sunnah regarding them.

It's really then a case of the pot calling the kettle back.

I... errr... that post wasn't completely legible...
Are you saying that if a person is aware of the quran, then that person should believe it... if the person is aware of the quran, but refuses to believe it, then that person is bound for hell?
But it's even worse if the person believes, at some point, and then stops believing, right?

That final part about the pot and kettle.. is it about the different muslim sects? Where each is a disbeliever in the other, and hence... either they're all hell-bound, or none is?

Authoritarian institutions do it all the time. Better to unite the people against a fictitious threat than let them direct their hate towards you once they realize that letting you do all the ordering around might be a bit sillier than you're making it out to be.

We might need visual evidence that you are properly honoring your national traditions.
