Of course, only by strawmanning what I actually said.

no i simply used your argument to support my point , a doctor without accurate knowledge will misdiagnose . exactly what i was saying .

You strawmanned my argument. Put whatever spin on it to help you sleep tonight, but that's a rather dishonest tactic.

I find it truly amusing that you keep arguing your opinion as fact in a thread where a certified MD (no, not drfuzzy) is trying to give you the real facts.

Correct, my PhD is in another field.  There are MD's and psychiatrists in our midst, however.    Worship

LOL Beccs!!!   Unless I have been mis-led by surgeon friends, the path toward becoming a surgeon is much the same: years of study beyond the regular college degree, get your medical degree and THEN specialize.

I'm not sure your bedside manner would engender confidence though.  That's why you're a surgeon, right?  The patient is OUT before you start in with the scalpel!

You are correct.

And yes, they're USUALLY out...

No offence, Jenny, but nothing you have said here has gone over our heads.

One of the great things about medicine is the way it progresses and evolves. I have an aneurism in my head. In it is a tiny amount of platinum wire.

Not so long ago, such a treatment would require invasive surgery. The wire was inserted, surgically, through an artery in my leg.

You weren't desperate. You were dishonest.

And, no, your bullshit isn't going over anyone's head.

We understood perfectly...

That your argument was 90% bullshit, 10% wishful thinking.
