Hi, I'm CL, and I'm a nose picker. 
I'm not saying I've never picked my nose as an adult because that'd be a lie. But I prefer to use saline. And the thought of a booger getting on me in the shower really freaks me out.
I think the shower it the best time to do it because the snot gets softer and easier to remove and your hands get cleaned off because you're in the shower. Also, you're washing yourself anyway, so may as well clean out your "insides" as well.

Yeah, I'm not understanding people who are saying they haven't picked their noses since they were a kid lol. Everyone picks their nose. It's kinda gross if you don't, imho.
