mo3taz3nbar Wrote:ok i was just waiting for the first thread to slow down a little but i will try to make the thread tommorow(sorry that i will open another thread as it will b for answering a lot of misconceptions not about women only)but i will start by women position in Islam as i see that girls here r interested to know about this

Just add it to this thread... no need to make 2 threads. If it isn't too different it'll probably just be merged anyway Smile

I'd say most of us here already know about women in Islam... it would take some seriously good counter-evidence to challenge my understanding of this 'issue'. Thinking

Is any one else spooked when they see people out and about in these get ups?

I am honestly completely unafraid of this specific get-up... rather I think they just look weak. :S

And people walking around in suits is much more frightening to me ^_^

I dont know why they spook me, i can't help it.

Perhaps its because I live in an area where it is rare to come accross them?
Fear of the unknown and what not.

Why do people in suits frighten you, I 'suit up' quite often.

Your lack of complete words irritates me. I just thought I'd get that off my chest. I'm not asking you to change, but I think you should know that taking what you say seriously is made more difficult by your use of 'text-speak'. That's my issue, though... I just felt it was important for you to know that.

I do have a question for you, mo3. Where do you stand on 'Muslim Extremism' aka 'Suicide Bombers and Terrorists'? Do you agree that Jihad against us infidels is justified by your religion?

Come to Arizona, Sae. I think suits are illegal.

The burqa does not inspire fear. It inspires anger. Anger that women can be so stupid as to tolerate that sort of treatment. Time for Gloria Steinem to be translated into Arabic.

mo3, another question for you.
Are atheist infidels worse than believers in other gods?

I'm not frightened by them per see... only that they are much more frightening than people wearing bags. As for why this would be, 1: they can afford the suit, 2: they probably mean business, and 3: they likely did so with an intent in mind... and when that is unknown there seems a possibility of it being malevolent. There are a few other changes that can occur to make people in suits more caution-worthy than women wearing bags... especially if the person looks the part of formality associated by me with suits. Sleepy

@bozo... both atheists and believers in other gods than one's own are infidels... :S

If you are right... then Arizona is more fucked up than even I thought :S

Yes Sae, I appreciate infidel is all-embracing, I just wonder if non-belief is worse/better (or the same thing ) to a muslim than belief in another god.

I disagree... your English speech is rather understandable (by me at least). Paul seems to be complaining about your use of numbers and acronyms in place of english characters (such as '4' for 'for')... but don't mind him ^_<
