This is the kind of rubbish that we get every time people start with an irrational reason (my book says so) and try and make scientific explanations afterwards.
Of course, the guy instantly talks about chronic masturbation. Chronically doing anything can have harmful effects, just because you're spending all your time doing it. So it's a dumb argument.
I'm really sick of this "not natural" bullshit. If there's anyone who doesn't get to say what's natural and what isn't, it's people who believe in magic.

The only real harms I've heard of when it comes to marsturbation is a friend of mine who got a blister on his foreskin by going for a personal record of most times fapping in one day (he made it to 8) but of course thats not masturbating in moderation so as far as fapping moderately I literally can't think of any harm that can be done, unless you jizz in your eye somehow.
