Lots of Christians are non-assholes. We just don't hear from them even a remote fraction as often.

I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.

The operative word being here. This seems to be like fly paper to attract theist asswipes. In real life I hardly ever ran into a christian, who wasn't a decent person. Actually only once, as memory serves.

There is a strong selection bias operating here. Non-asshole Christians tend not to see what might look like an unmissable opportunities to be supercilious assholes when they see this forum.

She seems to be a little bit afraid when her faith is challenged. Should do aa bit of reflection, if our challenges disturb her.

She didn't seem like a scaredy-cat in some of the threads I saw of hers. Defensive, perhaps, but she stuck 'em out (the ones I saw)
