In reference to human law, I would tend to agree with you, but the Bible is pretty clear on the idea that obedience results in the most fabulous reward ever, whereas disobedience results in the most horrendous punishment imaginable. Even if that's not listed in the "law" parts of the Bible, it's definitely an idea that's iterated in various places.
It's also just a touch fallacious to say that works have absolutely nothing to do with being a saint, since the Bible is clear on the assertion that faith, without works, is dead. If real faith is required for salvation, and real faith always produces real works, then a lack of works indicates a lack of faith and therefore indicates a lack of salvation. Saying the two are totally unrelated just doesn't follow according to scripture.

That is a distinction without a difference. The "N" word you seem to be dancing around is an excellent example. If you can imagine the world was one single solarty race. what meaning would that word have? like wise if the whole world is sinful/Everyone a sinner, then the only people offended by the "S" word are those who believe they are without sin. It's like being upset at the term Homo sapien. Why would anyone be upset with that term unless they thought themselves to be something more?
Actually, I wasn't dancing around "the "N" word", since it wasn't in my head. Maybe it's a cultural thing. Regardless, my point is if the word "sinner" can equate to "homo sapien", or simply "human", why not use the terms that don't come preloaded with judgemental baggage?
Additionally, depending on the definition of "sin", one of which is something akin to "transgression against God", then I for one am indeed sinless. Merely human.

Judgement by your fellow man is just another example of their own sin. As we are not to levy judgement in that way.
The word itself pertains to a resolvable relational state between each person and God. that is why the other common terms do not apply (as they speak to physiological terms that categorize us in relation to all other living beings on the planet.)

Yep. Regardless of their actions and divorced from their motivations, they're still people. I have no dogmatic axe to grind; I have no incentive to dehumanise them. Did they commit inhuman acts? Yes. Are they less than human because of them? No, and they must be tried as humans committing inhuman acts. I honestly don't see why this should be a problem.

Well, for starters, Stimbo...then you can't say "No True Human™"....which might be a problem, for some folks.......who like to make such claims.

So what should be done to those who escaped?
You've identified a problem (People performing inhuman acts on other people) so what should be done with them?
