Oh, I know and have regretted every minute I have ever wasted reading through his endless derailed threads. Even so, he occasionally still surprises me by finding additional levels beneath the basement. I take a perverse interest in seeing how low he can dig.

There are some creatures that puff themselves up when they feel threatened, so as to make themselves appear larger than they are. Some contort themselves into a defensive ball and display scary-looking eye spots or similar camouflage. Others, like the Hugster, discharge a cloud of particles, in the hope that what they perceive as their attacker will be distracted while they themselves can hide amidst the smokescreen and basically regroup.

Jumping in where I probably shouldn't, but fuckitall:

Historically, blacks do indeed have lower IQs than whites, but it is important to remember that an IQ is essentially nothing more than a test score.  It's been pretty well settled that blacks (and virtually all groups of non-whites in predominantly white societies) tend to score poorly on tests written with cultural biases.

But getting a lower score on an IQ test doesn't make you less intelligent.  There is no legitimate research of which I'm aware demonstrating that intelligence varies in any significant way across ethnic or cultural boundaries, but the recognition of that intelligence often does.
