I know that you fancy yourself as being the bearer of knowledge in these things...but, like many other members of many other faiths.....you've misjudged the level of prior knowledge amongst your fellows in conversation. The buddha isn't -quite- like you and I, lol, by any sensible measure. For starters, rubes aren't hanging on either of our every word. Buddha and jesus/mo have more in common than buddha and you or I.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Questions of Novena Prayers and Offerings

Not at all Sir. I am far behind of most members in this forum when it comes to knowledge. Please don't take me wrong. I just reason with my beliefs.

That might work..if your beliefs were reasonable to begin with...but since they aren't, I don't know what sort of success you expect? When you start with shit instead of flour, no matter how much sugar you add, you'll always end up with a shit-pie.
(hell, you see that..maybe the buddha and I -do- have something in common....lol. We're both practiced peddlers of statements concerning shit.)

Questions of Novena Prayers and Offerings

What goes around comes around - the consequences of one's actions will have to be dealt with eventually.
That will not be reasonable to you sir. To me however I like to live my life according to that. Even if it were nonsense. I would still do the right thing because in the back of my head if i do bad , bad will follow me, do good , good will follow me. No judge.

Except that this is not your belief, it is merely the defense mechanism you revert to when your beliefs are challeneged. You believe in a magical force that rapes people for misdeeds in a past life they never had. Show a little integrity.
Or did the buddha not comment upon integrity? That might explain why the entirety of your participation here has been to criticize the faiths of others from a position of rank hypocrisy.

Sir say for instance I stopped believing in these magical forces. The doctrine alone doesn't state anything for our benefit. What is considered wrong is indeed wrong. I took an example of animal slaughter with Rob. Do you consider all animals on earth as one or do you categorize land animals , fish , insects etc and subcategories like the pig ? I think you will consider animals as animals. Most Faith's I know have amended this to their benefits. "Land animals are halal and fish doesn't fall into that category unless one throws a fish to the wall and kill it " land animals must pass the halal inspection and fish doesn't have to. Do you as an atheist buy this ? Don't you criticize this ?

Perhaps you don't understand what the word hypocrisy means? I don't have or hold to a concept of hilal or kosher...so no matter how much or how viciously I criticize either concept....and no matter what derogatory classifications might be used - and even correct..regarding my criticisms...hypocrisy isn't one of them.
You, in contrast, do have and hold to concepts only superficially distinguishable from those which you criticize. The difference between yours and theirs is, cheifly, the names you use for them. -That- is what makes you a hypocrite, when you criticize them, and their concepts. Hypocrisy is not an issue of disagreement. Understand...and if the best rebuttal you can come up with is "you too" - this makes you entirely irrational, in that regard. It's called a tu-quoque.
Assume, if you must, that I somehow am a hypocrite, just like you, for whatever reason. This does not excuse your hypocrisy.

I don't have a concept like that sir. I have only "killing is wrong" nothing else. I assume most atheists will agree on that. I have no names like halal or kosher. No different names. If you say "killing is wrong" and halal , kosher are the same I think you'd be wrong.

Jeus christ, you're dense. We've been discussing those concepts you do share in every thread you've started. But way to ignore that, like it had never happened..because apparently, so long as you don't ken to kosher or halal you must not be a hypocrite, and everything's gonna be alright after all.
Can I get a buddha face-palm meme from someone?
Look...I'm starting (lol) to sense that you aren't properly equipped for these conversations you've been starting, so..rather than continue to try and help you understand the faiths of others.....whenever something some other religion does confuses you...refer to this, my final comment on the subject until such a time as you demonstrate -any- ability to follow a coherent line of thought.
