Will there ever be a show greater than The Simpsons?

Spock's Brain is when Star Trek TOS went mediocre. Hell, the entire 3rd season suffered from that. I never really could get into Game Of Thrones. Just not much of a fantasy person, why with giants and dragons. Also don't care much for stories that take place in a medievel setting. For Drama, aside from Star Trek and Doctor Who and even The Clone Wars cartoon, my favorite is prolly Breaking Bad and its spin-off Better Call Saul. There are other good ones too, Terminator Sarah Connor Chronicles, Stargate SG-1, etc. I also like a bunch of cartoon dramas. Those are aimed mostly at kids, but they're still pretty entertaining to me. Speaking of cartoon dramas, I should make another thread about serious western cartoons to watch.

The Simpsons is amazing but my favourite show of all time would be hard to pick, but it's not the Simpsons.

As funny as intentionally funny Simpsons no, and no where near as watchable. The first few episodes of Star Trek TOS were certainly a bit corny, but that's because they didn't know yet what the show was, the budget was crap, and the characters were still a bit cardboard cutouts. |
