Well, I intended to make music hours ago, but you can't rush art, it should not be contrived, and I got caught up eating food and then posting on AF, so I just let that happen and flow.
Now I'm off to make some music right away before bed, finish it tomorrow.

This is an culmination of a few days feelings in one.
Saturday evening I went to the gym.
I must have caught this stomach thing that's been going around. I woke up Sunday thinking I feel rather sick, so I had to cancel seeing my daughter, then I puked my guts out all over my bedroom.

I basically just lay there and didn't move for the day.
Monday I was aching from the gym and the puking and feeling a bit weak from lack of food but still managed to make it into work.
Today is my birthday, and I feel like stuffing my face, eating bacon and pizza and all kinds of shit. I might just have a kfc.

It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to.
