Tired *yawns* Been making a determined effort to get my sleeping pattern (finally) regulated the past couple of weeks. I'm sick of sleeping at stupid times whenever I feel like it and I want this to be a permanent thing.

Sounds simple, but for me this is correcting literally a lifetime of bad sleeping habits. I actually have never had an organised regular sleeping pattern since I was like a kid.

I'm doing well though, two weeks on the trot sleeping at more or less the same time every night, it's just my body is still adjusting so I haven't got over feeling tired in the day yet. Resisting that urge to sleep until later haha, downing lots of water.

(In my mother tongue I'd say liver, but English is apparently much more poetic)

Gave myself a headache. Tried getting motivated to go to school but it didn't work. So, here I am, at home, missing another day of school.

I know, I know, I'm sooooo close to graduation, but damn. I needed a mental day of rest.
