And I assume that death for adultery applies only to the woman, and her actual guilt or innocence is irrelevant, and if she was brutally raped by a pervo, then she's guilty of adultery in that instance too.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

One Islamic person said that a man can bash or kill his wife and just have 3 mates say that they caught her having a affair and it's case closed. No further questioning. No evidence sought.

Isn't death for adultery and death for leaving islam just a subset of Sharia?

So 1.1 billion would be for the death for leaving Islam.
