Why don't we eat you..in any of your scenarios? Explain that to me......
It's not the best you could do for him, unless you put other variables into the situation, such as the amount of pain he would suffer at his death from his preventable illness compared to the amount of pain suffered at death by starvation, which I didn't do.
It's got everything to do with you. I made up the scenario so you could make the decision. I played no part in your decision-making process, as I'm sure you would make abundantly clear if asked.

Now please explain to me why do you think it is moral to condemn two people to death in that way.

Pretty sure it's better than withholding his meds so you can eat him. Are you going anywhere, at all..with this,...or did I fuck it all up for you when I refused to be the douche you needed me to be?

No, you didn't fuck it all up. I just want to linger on some details.
Why do you think it's better that you give him his meds, if he's going to die anyway, and if that means we are definitely going to die(you and me) when you can prevent that by withholding the medicine until he dies because of his sickness, and then take out the knife and eat him?

You'd have had better traction without the whole bit about medicine. As in, we find ourselves on a beach, 2 survivors out of 3, Steve is dead. Go ahead, eat Steve, I wouldn't judge you for that. I'll pass, though.

Ok, look. The point is your moral intuition is warped in this case and you need to rethink your basic principles. At least that's my take on things.
I'll make a separate thread for this thought experiment, since this could have all been resolved in just 4-5 posts if you played along, which you didn't. It's clear to me that you are unable to separate reality from a thought experiment.

It would have been exactly the same. Except that wouldn't challenge you to think of the implications.

Granted, this one didn't either, but I didn't expect you to be so... let's say firm in your beliefs, just to be nice.
I had a point to make and to relate this whole thing, after it was finished, which it wasn't, to the immortality dillemma, and a neat way to do it too, if I might say so myself, but your uncooperation made for a pretty bad environment in which to discuss this. So I'll make a separate thread, with a poll, and the complete thought experiment, so everyone can choose for themselves.

says the man who is imploring with me to withold someones meds so that he can eat them, after describing his plan to sterilize the breeders? Forgive me if I don't value your input regarding my moral intuition.

I shouldn't have gotten so involved in the experiment. I should have just presented you with the situation and then ignored you after you refused to engage me, which you did a hundred times or so over the course of this conversation. I thought I'd give it a try though, and all it did was... Well, you just have to listen to yourself when you describe me to see what it did.
