How to make an omelet in a bag

Went to a party, and a friend of mine gave me this link - I'm SO making this for breakfast! I love omelets and they never turn out right in the pan. :/

That is epic! I need to try with carton egg whites. My manual dexterity isn't too good for cracking eggs.

I like egg white omelets myself. I can't wait to try this, love stuff like this.  I'll post a pic here if they turn out looking good.

Finally I've found a use for the bag of squeezed eggs that I take with me whenever I leave the house.

You can drive a car with your feet, too. That doesn't make it a good idea.
a flat rectangle cooking surface and a metal spatula. That's all you need to get a good omelet shape.
