It's become pretty routine but mostly enjoyable. I have my days, though - those days I prefer to put the hammer down and walk away.

Is it true that Administrators are Sith lords and that there can never be but two, a master and an apprentice?

And, how many Moderators are necessary to achieve a balance in the force? (Do they get light sabers?)

No.  

I (and other admins) have in the past, when investigating reports that require us to do so.  I happens infrequently, and I personally didn't like having to do it on the rare occasions when I have.  That being said, you should not consider PM a secure channel.
