Pakistani Anti-Child Marriage Law ‘Anti-Islamic’ & ‘Blasphemous’
Read more. "The proposed legislation would have seen harsher punishments given to those entering conjugal contracts with minors." Apparently Pakistan is full of pedophiles.

"The ruling party politician who introduced the bill, Marvi Menon of the Pakistan Muslim League party, withdrew it after the Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) dubbed the bill “blasphemous”.

The CII unanimously rejected the proposed Child Marriage Restraint (Amendment) Bill 2014 on "purely religious grounds", reports The Express Tribune."

Hey! It's the same thing they said when we tried to make beating wives to death illegal. They said allah gave men the right to discipline their wives and that the law should not interfere.

Just in case anyone had doubts that Islam is an evil religion with a sadistic god.

I think we had another thread about this, unless it's a new angle. But this is absolutely disgusting and shows what happens when you try to mimic what passed for morality 1500 years ago.

If women didn't like to be beaten they would cut their husband's throat when he's sleeping.  If they get a second beating then they like being beaten.

Then they will be executed by the state, and who gets the kids? But muslim women like to be beaten you are right, when we used to stage a protest for human rights, muslim women would stage a counter protest protecting the Islamic law...

They been brainwashed since birth to believe they deserve to be beaten. It's utterly shameful.

But then, it's not that long ago that women were second class citizens and that there was no such thing as marital rape in the West. People tend to go with what they are presented with, which is why I reject just sticking to societal norms.

If a lie is reported often enough, it l is ultimately seen as truth. That's why people seems to think that Chadors and Burkas have force fields that stop magically the woman from being raped. I always found that reasoning funny: Ullama would rather suppress the woman's ability to express herself than take real steps to stop violence against women.

This woman is on trial in UK right now, for traveling to Syria with her baby, in order to join ISIS.

Quote:A British Muslim mother on trial for taking her 14-month-old baby to Syria to join the Islamic State (ISIS) claims she was unaware of the terrorist group's true nature and had traveled to the war-torn country only to live under Sharia law.
Tareena Shakil, 26, has told the Birmingham Crown Court jury that she only wanted to live under Sharia law and feared she would go to hell if she lived in England.

Either she's blatantly lying, in an effort to avoid terrorism charges, or she's a really dumb c*nt...

This illustrates the main problem with religious idiots - they'll put themselves and their families through actual hell on Earth, out of fear of imaginary Hell. Because it doesn't matter how bad things are - your imagination can always go a step, or two further...

Why would you want any children by the person you hate?  If you took a vow to love and honor the person till death and then hate him or her you are a liar and your vows aren't worth squat.  After all, you took a vow to that person, not to any future rug rats.

So why would you want to look at someone every day who reminds you of the person you hate?
