He's the director who has gathered together the scientists and intelligence people who make up the organizations. I'm guessing you have not watched the witness testimony, presentations, or even plan to. These are people that are involved in special access projects that are off the books, and not known to politicians. They are the black projects that use funding gathered from other unacknowledged projects. A lot of it comes from running drug cartels and insider trading through surveillance of major corporations.

You wouldn't happen to have a idea as to when the military-staged abductions are discussed in the video, would you? I'm assuming the "agenda" would be to poison the well so that public sentiment towards legitimate claims of knowledge regarding extraterrestrials will be largely dismissive. 

I don't like running around half-cocked, though. I'd like confirmation.

All you have to do is put it on in the background while doing something else, almost like listening to a book. I've listened to many hours of testimonials. Abductions are not something I'm interested in really. I'm more interested in the retrieval of vehicles and species. It's best if you hear it from them, and not from me though. 

He's the guy who has briefed CIA directors, and presidents because they are kept out of the loop of these projects. The fact the chain of command doesn't have access to all projects is illegal, unconstitutional, etc. This is about exposing criminal activities. Really the way this is kept secret is because people don't want to ruin their careers by talking about something that the public will label them as tin foil hat wearing little green men believing fools. That's really how this isn't known to the politicians, and many in the government. The general public will always be the last to know.

So, come on - tell me about time, space and the speed of light. Tell me, how any species should beat what we, far as we know, consider an absolute. Tell me, how they should handle the acceleration problem, if they were that advanced to be able to construct faster than light vehicles. Tell me, how all of this should have happened within a few billion years, given that the evolutionary process was the same as on mother earth. Tell me also, what we are seeing, when looking at distant galaxies. What time is it exactly? Feel free to consult the watch of your choice.
