Nothing for the average user. But for a person who likes customization, everything.

Android is king if you want to customize. Unless you root it you will have all that carrier bloat ware. I hated being prisoner to that crap.

Comes preloaded with office. No virus.simple and easy to use.
I thought that was the kind of phone op was looking for?

No one looks for a Windows Phone. I presume they just get stuck with one because the provider gives it to them for free.
