I'm probably definitely leaning towards a tentative maybe.

Maybe, just maybe, it's definitely a possible yes, but if you aren't sure, it's probably, almost a no go. Either way... six to one half dozen the other.

Ummm....would it be rude if I actually tried to answer the OP?

Hold on a minute. I need to reread the OP.

Thank you very much, stupid mother fucker known as Sam Walton.

Realistically speaking, the customer is not always right and they are not always deserving of a "yes".

The customer service business has ruined society by creating a monster that will take a great deal of fortitude to destroy.

Everyone deserves to hear "no".

That is what people need to hear regularly.

A continuance of "yes" merely creates chaos.  An occasional "no" creates humility and order.

Say no to yes.

In general, I feel like customer service isn't what it should be. I don't like being addressed as "bro" or "buddy" when dealing with professionals I am buying a service or good from. But I guess milennials and others find it "friendly". I prefer a more professional, but not nasty, demeanor.

I do hate to see people take advantage of workers, though. Harrassment, stealing, trying really, really hard to get employees to break a rule just for them. Reporting employees just trying to do their jobs.

At some point, "no" or "enough!" is warranted.

Millennials are...people born in or after 2000? Or what's a millennial?

I just want people to talk to me as little as possible when dealing with customer service. Fix the problem or say why you can't and I'll be on my way. No need to call me miss or bruh or ma'am or any name at all. But that's just me. I hate talking to people I don't know. I won't complain unless I really feel I have to.

A Millenial is someone who was born 2000+

I was born in the 90's so fight me millenials!

But for reals, i agree with you about customer service. I want it concise, and without the crap.
